Ms. Linscomb has extensive experience in the title industry and has been a vital member of a number of prominent title companies since the mid 1990’s. For the past 20 plus years, she developed an impressive skill set for title, escrow, and accounting needs based on her experience working for underwriters, agents, and title attorneys. Specifically, Ms. Linscomb has carved a niche in the title industry for closing multi-family transactions, shopping center developments, church bond loans, and home builder land purchases. However, her background includes a strong understanding of closing transactions in the hospitality industry, industrial parks, Tenancy-in-Common (TIC’s) transactions, bond closings, construction loans, and 1031 exchange transactions as well as loan closings with U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Before joining William M. Woodall, PC and the Chicago Title Commercial Team, Roxanne was employed with Commerce Title Company as a Commercial Escrow Manager for the National Commercial Division. There she gained extensive experience closing multi-site transactions as well as learning the ins-and-outs of residential lot takedowns for a national home builder. Additionally, Roxanne acquired valuable knowledge working as a Commercial Escrow Officer for LandAmerica Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation’s National Commercial Services group in Dallas, Texas for many years not to mention in her many roles during her employment with a local title attorney prior to her current position.
