Eric Dahlberg serves as the Senior Commercial Escrow Manager of the LBJ Chicago Title fee office. His responsibilities include closing commercial transaction for clients and overseeing the operations and duties of his escrow team of commercial closers and assistants.

Eric’s previous experience includes more than 13 years in the title insurance industry after finishing law school. Before joining the LBJ Chicago Title office, he served as Commercial Escrow Manager of the Commercial Division for Commerce Title Company.

Over the years, he has held various commercial real estate positions including as a Commercial Closer for LandAmerica Financial Group and as an Underwriting Attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration Disaster Relief Division after the Katrina Hurricane.

Eric’s early career began in the legal field where he clerked for various personal injury law firms before graduating from the Southern Methodist University with a Juris Doctorate in Law.
